How do my loyalty rewards work?
VIP Loyalty Rewards are gained by moving up the rewards level. Simply move up a level to qualify for your exclusive prize. Each level offers an exciting tournament which changes every month.
We have already given away plenty of rewards to winning players including: Several Irish Open packages valued at €4,800 each, packages to the APT Philippines worth over $5,500, a VIP package to FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium, cash prizes of over $3,000, numerous prize packages to the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, a TV & Entertainment Package worth thousands, seats to the Irish Winter Festival in Dublin and much more.
How do I qualify for my Reward of the Month?
Players of Cash Games and Tournaments generate points per rake range as they play. The more points generated every month, the higher the reward level you can achieve.
When you achieve the below reward levels during one month, you then qualify for a freeroll tournament the following month.

General VIP Scheme Terms and Conditions
- Participation in the William Hill Poker VIP Scheme is subject to the Terms and Conditions as listed here. William Hill Poker reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
- Only the player named in the William Hill Poker account can play on that account.
- Each player may only have one William Hill Poker account.
- WH Points can be accumulated only at ‘real money’ games and entry tournaments (no play money games or freerolls).
- Bonuses and promotions can be revoked at any time if William Hill Poker discovers any abusive activity or strategizing in a player's gaming log, or if a player is otherwise in breach of the William Hill Website Terms of Use.
- WH Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way except in relation to advertised VIP Rewards.
- William Hill Poker reserves the right to modify or cancel its promotions and or VIP scheme at any time.
- The purchasing of a William Hill Poker VIP scheme membership is free of charge and available to all players residing in countries where such membership is legal. Some countries may prohibit it due to local laws. It is the player’s responsibility to check that his or her participation in the scheme is legal in their local country.
- Membership of the VIP scheme is granted by William Hill Poker only, and can be denied to any applicant at the sole discretion of William Hill. Any such decision to deny entry cannot be appealed or reviewed.
- If players choose to buy-in to any land based Poker events via their VIP scheme membership, they agree to allow William Hill Poker the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes. They also agree to provide reasonable assistance in the promotion of the William Hill Poker Room during and after the events, for example (without limitation) by providing ‘quotes’ which can be attributed to them as a player, participating in photo-shoots, and wearing branded merchandise.
- VIP Scheme membership may be terminated and/or WH Points forfeited should William Hill Poker find any abuse to the scheme or failure by the player to adhere to the scheme rules.<
- All decisions made by the William Hill Poker management team regarding the VIP Scheme are final.
VIP Levels - Points Required
At William Hill Poker, each VIP Level has a set amount of points required for entry. The points must be earned in the previous calendar month to gain access to the relevant level.
For example, a new player starting on the 1st January has the remainder of January to earn WH Points. If that player earns 15,000 points, they jump to Level 5 in February.
Don't worry if you have a quiet month, you won't plunge right back down to Level 1:
- Players will remain at their current VIP Level as long as they reach one level below (ie - to stay at level 5; at least 5,000 WHPoints are required).
- Plus our "soft downgrade" takes you down one level a month, if you earn below one level or even if you earn no points!
Players that achieve enough points to remain on the same VIP level for 3 months in a row will automatically be upgraded to the next level. For example, earn 15,000 (Level 5) each month in Jan, Feb and March and you will be upgraded to VIP Level 6 in April.
