Terms and Conditions
1.Only one tournament entry token per player per tournament: 1x New Depositors Freeroll and 1x $1,000 New Depositors Freeroll. (Up to 1500 players can register for these Tournaments)
2.The New Depositors Tournaments are staged weekly, with each tournament awarding one package. Players should check the tournament schedule in the William Hill Poker Club software for exact tournament details.
3. After each tournament, winners will be contacted by William Hill Poker Club with details of their prize.
4. Purchase of the prizes packages will be made during the following month that the prize package was won.
5. Special arrangements will be made for players who live in locations where a purchase/delivery of a LAPTOP / Sony Handycam / Sony PS3 game / Nintendo Wii game / Canon Digicam G9 / Samsung phone Omnia is difficult.
6. By entering the New Depositors Freeroll Tournaments, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
7. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of William Hill Poker Club management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
8. The use of offensive language at any New Depositors Tournaments will disqualify a player from winning a prize.
9. Any player found colluding during the course of a New Depositors Freeroll Tournament in order to win the prize will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
10. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a New Depositors Freeroll Tournament will have his account frozen.
11. William Hill Poker Club management reserves the right to deny entry to the New Depositors Freeroll Tournament and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
12. William Hill Poker Club management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the New Depositors Freeroll Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
13. William Hill Poker Club cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, William Hill Poker Club cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in the player's jurisdiction. Players must establish that their participation on William Hill Poker Club is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
14.The package includes price of the item, Operating System, delivery fee, and custom charges.
