William Hill Poker Bonus Payments

William Hill Poker rewards players with bonus payments throughout the year.

There are 2 types of bonuses that players can receive - Redemption Bonuses (Bonus Dollars) and Instant Bonuses (Cash Bonuses).

Redemption bonuses are issued in Bonus Dollars and will appear in the progress bar at the bottom of the new Poker Lobby. They can also be viewed in the Poker client - Cashier >> My Account >> Bonuses. They are redeemed by generating WHPoints. The redemption rate is given in the status bar or cashier.

Instant Bonuses are awarded as a real cash amount directly to the player's account. Instant bonuses are issued with special terms and conditions that are explained further below.

All Poker Bonuses are available to VIP Scheme players only and will be offered for selected promotions.

Redemption Bonus Payments

• Redemption Bonuses are awarded to players, on the basis that they earn enough WHPoints at online cash games and tournaments, to redeem the bonus.
• The rake taken at cash games or the fees paid for Poker tournament(s buy-in) entries is what determines the amount of WHPoints awarded to players.
• The required amount of WHPoints earned is what determines the amount of the bonus that can be redeemed. In general, $5 bonus is credited to the player’s balance each time 350 WHPoints are earned.
• The $5 bonus (chunk) is then immediately paid to the player's account as cash after the required WHPoints are accumulated.
• WHPoints continue to be earned by the player as he/she continues to play at real money poker tables in the William Hill poker software.
• The next bonus (chunk) is then redeemed for every time the required WHPoints target is reached.
• No Redemption Bonus will be paid in part until all the required WHPoints are accumulated for that chunk.
• Details of a player’s WHPoints account and balance can be viewed within the “My Account” section of the William Hill Poker software lobby.
• The WHPoints that a player earns are required to redeem bonuses as well as for converting points to cash in the VIP Scheme. Points awarded through VIP Points Boost do not count towards WHPoints earned for the purpose of releasing Redemption Bonuses.
• The WHPoints required for a specific bonus must be earned within the stated days of qualifying in order to receive it.

Instant Bonus Payments

• Instant Bonuses are awarded to player's poker account immediately. They are issued with conditions on cashier withdrawals and winnings.
• Before making a withdrawal players must accumulate [500] points for every $5 instant bonus awarded.
• Instant bonuses can be withdrawn only when a real first deposit has been made. Player's accounts are subject to a verification check prior to the first withdrawal according to the William Hill T&C.
• Players who made a deposit can cash out the deposit amount as long as the bonus amount will remain in the account. Example: a deposit of $100 is made on top of the $50 bonus the account shows as $150. If the account drops to $100 through poker play, the deposit of $100 can still be withdrawn without fulfilling any wagering requirements. If the account drops to $100 through non-poker play (see below), the bonus will be deducted from the withdrawal request.
• Players who make a deposit whilst having an Instant Bonus active in their account will still be able to cash out up to the deposit amount as long as the bonus remains in the account. Example: a deposit of $100 is made on top of the $50 Instant Bonus active on the account; the account shows as $150. If the account drops to $100 through poker play, the remaining deposit amount of $50 can still be withdrawn. The remaining $50 will be subject to any remaining wagering requirements.
• If a player loses the bonus the wagering conditions are no more applicable.
• Poker winnings are not subject to wagering - the wagering conditions apply only to the bonus amount. Example: Player receives an Instant Bonus of $10 and improves his balance to $100. Once they make their first deposit they can WD anything except the bonus amount until they have generated the necessary amount of WHPoints.
• Winnings from non-poker play (Casino games, Casino, Sport, Vegas) accumulated with the bonus can be cashed out only upon generating $50 rake/fees. These winnings can be cashed out only once with a maximum amount of 150 GBP. Once the Withdrawal request is submitted the rest of the winnings are cut from the balance.
• Players have a deadline to wager the bonus. If they don’t generate the necessary WHPoints in time the bonus and all winnings produced from it are cut from the balance.
